Please take Note: Sparr Foundation is one time Startup Fee in assisting them which goes along with Membership Fee and is not liable for your costs, expenses and expenditures including, and not limited to disbursements' the complete legal costs incurred by the Members will be additional 25% of final payout that will be enforceable in this Agreement as a result of any default of this Agreement by the Members.
